DESKRIPSI:

Keselamatan pasien merupakan isu global yang semakin mendapatkan perhatian, terutama dalam konteks manajemen pelayanan rumah sakit. Keterlibatan pasien dalam proses perawatan mereka tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan, tetapi juga secara signifikan dapat menurunkan risiko terjadinya kesalahan medis. Konsep Patient pathway menjadi kunci dalam memahami alur keterlibatan pasien, mulai dari proses pendaftaran hingga perawatan, pemulihan, dan tindak lanjut yang optimal.
