Leadership Self-Efficacy (LSE) adalah konsep yang menggabungkan keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuannya untuk memimpin dengan baik dan kemampuan untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam berbagai konteks kepemimpinan. Buku ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang teori dan praktik LSE, yang bertujuan untuk membantu para pemimpin dan calon pemimpin mengembangkan kemampuan kepemimpinan mereka.
