Hal ini dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kualitas hidup, kinerja akademik, dan prestasi mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mencari solusi yang efektif dalam mengatasi stres yang dialami oleh mahasiswa, khususnya mereka yang sedang menyusun tugas akhir.
