Tren Global Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Pemerintahan Daerah: Perspektif Bibliometrik

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren dalam publikasi ilmiah tentang partisipasi masyarakat dan tata kelola lokal dari tahun 2015 hingga 2024, menggunakan basis data Scopus. Sebanyak 231 dokumen dianalisis berdasarkan judul, abstrak, dan kata kunci yang relevan. Visualisasi bibliometrik dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat VOSViewer dan platform MapChart. Alat ini digunakan untuk memetakan publikasi tahunan, kontribusi negara, penulis, institusi, dan topik utama. Hasil temuan menunjukkan peningkatan tren publikasi dengan puncaknya pada 2024 (29 dokumen). Amerika Serikat dan Indonesia mendominasi kontribusi publikasi, sedangkan Molyneux S menjadi penulis paling produktif. Sumber paling sering dikutip adalah jurnal PLOS ONE dan IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science. Tiga institusi utama yang berkontribusi antara lain Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, University of Newcastle, dan Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa “community participation” menjadi istilah sentral, terutama dalam konteks tata kelola, kesehatan, dan pembangunan berkelanjutan di negara berkembang. Partisipasi masyarakat terbukti memberikan dampak signifikan dalam pembangunan, pelayanan kesehatan responsif, dan penguatan kapasitas komunitas di tingkat daerah. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggali partisipasi masyarakat dalam konteks lokal serta peran teknologi digital dalam memperkuat tata kelola partisipatif.
