Faktor-faktor yang Memengaruhi Minat Generasi Muda Bekerja di Sektor Publik

Minat generasi muda untuk bekerja di sektor publik cenderung menurun, padahal regenerasi aparatur sangat bergantung pada partisipasi mereka. Kajian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh employer branding, lingkungan kerja, dan etos kerja terhadap minat generasi muda bekerja di sektor publik. Analisis ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei terhadap 137 responden. Analisis dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda pada aplikasi SPSS. Hasil menyimpulkan bahwa employer branding, lingkungan kerja, dan etos kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat generasi muda bekerja di sektor publik. Temuan ini mendukung kerangka Theory of Planned Behavior dan Social Identity Theory dalam menjelaskan keputusan karier generasi muda. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi instansi pemerintah dalam membangun citra kerja yang menarik dan lingkungan yang sesuai dengan nilai generasi muda.
