Menghadapi kondisi krisis setiap organisasi perlu membangun strategi tepat agar tetap bertahan. Salah satu faktor penentu yang menggerakkan kapasitas organisasi bertahan adalah Budaya Organisasi dan peranan kepemimpinan. Budaya organisasi yang kuat akan memandu pengikut organisasi dalam bertindak dan mengambil keputusan. Peranan budaya menjadi kuat dengan adanya kepemimpinan etis. Pendekatan kepemimpinan etis memiliki dimensi-dimensi bermakna yang dapat dibangun oleh setiap pemimpin untuk mengarahkan perilaku dan memberikan kontribusi dalam penyelesaian masalah organisasi.
